Canon USA 1492A002AA Toner Cartridge for PC300 & PC400 Copiers - High Yield Replacement for Office & Business Printing Needs

I am very disappointed in this product. When I put the cartridge into the copier, turn the copier on and push the copy button it just starts making this clack, clack, clacking noise like the gear is stripped. I took the cartridge out and it is the very same as the old cartridge. I put the old cartridge back in and it works just fine. No clacking. But I need a new cartridge because my ink is very low. No packing slip, no return slip and no instructions on returning this dud. I won’t be buying again unless the seller makes good on this.
