I am a photographer and am always needing batteries for my equipment. I purchased these cases to hold batteries instead of leaving them loose in my bag. The cases are a great size and fit easily in my bag. They even come with a sticker showing how you can use the direction of the battery to indicate if they are full or empty (see the photo). The problem is that the top, where the sticker should go has the company logo etched in it, so if you try to stick the sticker on the top it falls off. So I had to stick the sticker on the bottom, which means to be useful I always have the cases upside down, making them impossible to open when they are hooked together. While the holder itself feels very sturdy, the latch doesn't and I am sure I will break one within the first month of use (I have only had them about 10 days as of this writing). The seam along the middle of the case does not close all the way on about half of the cases, so I don't really see them as water resistant. If they sealed all the way then I would think they would do well resisting water. Overall a good buy at a great price, but not without its problems.
