Guess it got a little smashed up in shipping as I think I remember this being shipped in a bubble wrap envelope... which caused the rigid plastic to separate from the cardboard backing and thus appeared open. But, upon testing some of the batteries... they last a decent amount of time so... that's all you can ask for. :)I got these batteries because of a good deal which is 20pack for 7$. With that price you can't go wrong. I had these battery before and it works well. I like it, especially when you see the deal, you can't say no. Expired date for the batteries pack that I bought is 2030.I prefer the energizer pink bunny brand of batteries because they really do last longer when compared to no name brands. I find the price is always great on Amazon and they always arrive well packaged. Although there are cheaper brands out there, keep in mind they may not last as long and some other brands even leaked in my experience. I’ll always stick to the top two brands, but this one is my first choice.Received 2 packs of 10 instead of 1 pack of 20. This is understandable if that was how it was advertised. Also the batteries are packaged for the European Union, not North America. Returned items. This site will not let me upload pictures of it.
